Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us before returning any product. Approved and eligible returns and exchanges receive a prepaid return shipping label.

Do not send a return to our business address unless our customer support team specifically provides that address in the return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

When contacting us about an existing order, please include:

• A brief description of your request
• Clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
