These Terms of Service govern your use of calvirelle.com and purchases made from CALVIRELLE. CALVIRELLE is owned and operated by SHIRT SHIFT LLC.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this website or make a purchase.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit malicious code, interfere with website security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another customer’s information.

2. Products and Product Information

CALVIRELLE sells apparel and related clothing products, including knitwear, lightweight cardigans, loungewear, pajamas, T-shirts, sweatshirts, and everyday clothing essentials.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, dimensions, sizing, and other details accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, fabric batches, and device display settings.

Customers should review the product description, material information, care instructions, and size guide before purchasing. Product availability, colors, sizes, and specifications may change without notice.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated or displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We may correct pricing, typographical, or product-information errors. If an error affects an order that has already been submitted, we will contact you before fulfillment and provide the option to continue with the corrected information or cancel the affected item for a refund.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Payment authorization failure
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Shipping restrictions

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will try to accommodate requests before processing or shipment, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started. After shipment, an eligible item may be returned in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard carrier transit normally takes 5–8 business days after shipment.

Standard shipping costs:

• Orders under $50: $5
• Orders of $50 or more: Free standard shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak seasons, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept eligible returns and exchanges, including change-of-mind returns, within 30 days after delivery.

Returned apparel must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories. Items must be free from stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, and other signs of wear.

CALVIRELLE provides free return shipping for approved and eligible returns and exchanges within our supported U.S. delivery area. We do not charge a restocking fee.

The original standard shipping charge, if paid, is not refundable for a change-of-mind return. It will be refunded if an order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or when required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including the CALVIRELLE name, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, text, layout, and design—are owned by or licensed to SHIRT SHIFT LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

9. Customer Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:
